Erin has over 15 years of learning and development experience, including 9 years in higher education administration with leadership roles spanning admissions, career services, and student advisory in undergraduate and graduate program settings. Before her time in higher education Erin worked as a recruiter and recruiting supervisor. She has experience with professionals across many industries including nonprofit, medical, pharmaceuticals, education, human resources, banking, finance, technology, oil & gas, and video game development.
She has coached individuals and trained teams to utilize the MBTI and DiSC tools to improve individual performance and team dynamics.
